６月２日からホームステイをしていたカルロスさんが、今日で帰ることになりました。
Carlos, who had been staying with us since June 2nd, finished his homestay today.
３週間というみじかい間でしたが、とても楽しい時間でした。
Although it was only three weeks, we had a wonderful time together.
Fun Memories
いっしょに回転ずしのレストランに行きました。
We went to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant together.
また、京都タワーやアニメイトにも行きました。
We also visited Kyoto Tower and Animate.
アニメイトは、いろいろなアニメキャラクターのフィギュアやグッズをうっているお店です。
Animate is a store that sells various anime character figures and goods.
カルロスさんはスマッシュブラザーズがとても上手で、
Carlos was really good at Super Smash Bros.,
夫（おっと）や息子とよくいっしょに楽しそうにあそんでいました。
and he enjoyed playing it with my husband and son.
Wishing Him Well
今日から日本を旅行して、アメリカに帰るそうです。
He plans to travel around Japan for a while before returning to the U.S.
日本での生活を楽しんでもらえたなら、うれしいです。
I hope he truly enjoyed his time in Japan.
またいつか、どこかで会える日があるといいですね。
I hope we can meet again someday, somewhere.
